Amy Rome, our Founder and Principal, was recently honored by the Gateway Center for Giving with its Philanthropic Legacy Award. In honoring Amy, Gateway Center President and CEO Deborah Dubin noted that Amy has worked in the field of philanthropy for her entire career, and that her work has impacted the mission and trajectory of a multitude of regional organizations. She added that The Rome Group occupies a unique space in the St. Louis civic community, providing consulting in strategic planning, resource development and leadership to nonprofits throughout the region for more than two decades.

“We are delighted to recognize Amy, who has worked in the field of philanthropy for her entire career,” said Dubin. “She is incredibly generous with her time and her knowledge, and we are very grateful to honor her today for her outstanding leadership and legacy.”
