Job Description:
The City Sewing Room of St. Louis is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in promoting our organization through our website, social media platforms, newsletters, media relations, and collateral materials. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketing professional to contribute to the growth and success of our non-profit organization.

Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement a comprehensive, annual marketing plan for The City Sewing Room based our strategic plan
● Report to the Executive Director and collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials for a variety of needs
● Develop and manage graphics standards for all marketing efforts
● Manage and update our website to ensure accurate, functional, and engaging content
● Create, curate, and schedule content for social media platforms, fostering community engagement and expanding our online presence
● Design and publish newsletters to inform our community about upcoming events, classes, and other important news
● Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
● Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Proficiency in WIX website management and content creation tools
● Proficiency in Google Workspace
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
● Experience sewing or quilting is a plus
