Help Wanted: Executive Director for Local Nonprofit Providing Free Dental Care for Children
Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives through dental care? Our nonprofit organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director to lead our team in delivering essential dental services to underserved children in our community.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve the organization’s mission and objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including budget management, fundraising, grant submissions and program implementation.
Develop and maintain partnerships with local dental professionals, community organizations, and government agencies.
Lead and motivate staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality dental care services efficiently and effectively.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in nonprofit management or a related field, with a proven track record of successful leadership.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships.
