The Women's Safe House
The Human Resources Specialist is primarily responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of Hyman Resource services, policies and procedures for The Women’s Safe House. This position delivers Human Resource and regulatory practices that will drive a culture of inclusion, high performance that emphasizes empowerment, productivity, goal attainment and compliance with federal and state regulations. Provides support and guidance to leaders and team by communication, delivering and influencing against strategic HR initiatives that drive change for the organization. Key areas include performance management, organizational effectiveness, and recruitment.
