Operations Manager

The Saint Louis Crisis Nursery is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities and departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and maintaining budgetary control. The Operations Manager will help shape operational policies, coordinate resources, and ensure the efficient functioning of all aspects of the organization.

Key Responsibilities include Facility & Maintenance Management, including preventative maintenance and upkeep of facilities, repairs, and remodeling projects, Safety Compliance and Technology Management as well as department Budget Oversight.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management, Business, Operations, or something closely related preferred

·      3 years’ experience in Operations Management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of facilities, maintenance, and safety compliance is preferred

·      Experience with technology management and troubleshooting.

·      Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

·      Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.

·      Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
