For over 20 years, Dayna Stock has provided strategic leadership to nonprofit organizations in the St. Louis Region, with results in planning, program delivery and fund development. She enjoys leading teams to achieve tangible and impactful outcomes.

Prior to joining The Rome Group in February 2020, Dayna served as chief development officer for the United Way of Greater St. Louis, guiding efforts to raise a record $76.3 million in the 2019 campaign.

Dayna has a PhD in political science and a master’s in public policy analysis from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and an undergraduate degree in communications from Missouri State University.
