Rachel came to The Rome Group after 19 years in the nonprofit field as an experienced fundraising professional with a proven track record in securing social impact investments, establishing and building relationships, and developing resources to form actionable strategic plans that help build capacity.

Rachel has been a consultant for 6 years. She is the Chief Development Officer for the Center for Human Services, a state-wide human services nonprofit based in Sedalia, MO. She started the development, marketing, and guest relations departments at the Endangered Wolf Center where she served as Director of External Relations, and she served in the development departments at Saint Louis Zoo and United Way.
