The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis
The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis seeks a Director of Development to be a key member of the organization’s leadership team, working directly with the board and effectively representing the organization in the community. A deep commitment to the mission of the organization is essential.
Primary responsibilities are setting strategy, building relationships, conducting research, providing training and facilitation, and managing a team.
Successful candidates will demonstrate understanding of the mission and history of the organization and will be able to inspire others to give time, talent, and resources. The Director of Development cultivates and secures major gifts, grants, corporate and individual support and oversees all campaigns and communications. The position is responsible for maintaining and growing annual fundraising revenues from a current base of $6.5 million. Success in this position is critical to the future of the organization but more importantly, to the students of the bi-state metropolitan region who are without the funds they need to pursue higher education.
The salary range for the position is $88,673-$137,443.
