Institute for School Partnership at WashU
Support the ISP’s mySci program to complete revision of science curriculum resources that impact thousands of K-8 teachers and students across the St. Louis region.
mySci is a K-8 science instructional program at the ISP. It is widely used in the St. Louis region, and includes curriculum resources, kits of materials, and professional development. Years of teacher survey feedback helped us identify the need to revise mySci’s resources. The guiding principles for this iteration include making mySci more equitable, accessible, and engaging for all students, and making it more streamlined for teachers to use. Here is a link to learn more about our program: https://myscipartners.com/.
We are in need of a freelance print layout designer to support the completion of our revisions for the remaining eight mySci units.
Our program is built in Google Workspaces, specifically Google Docs and Google Slides. We are looking for someone who has completed editorial design and text-heavy projects using these platforms.
This is a temporary position. Duration is 6 months (with the possibility to extend as needed to complete the project).
