The Haven of Grace
The Haven of Grace, a nonprofit serving pregnant, unhoused women, is seeking a Development Coordinator to support our mission through proactive administrative assistance. This in-office position manages donor databases, processes acknowledgments, and helps cultivate donor relationships, contributing to our development goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage donor database (Raiser’s Edge), track donations, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure data accuracy.
- Create reports and analytics to track fundraising goals.
- Assist with donor cultivation, event support, and grant proposal development.
- Ensure compliance with donor privacy laws and uphold ethical fundraising standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5 years of experience in donor or CRM database management (Raiser’s Edge preferred).
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Blackbaud tools.
- Ability to work in an urban environment and engage respectfully with historically underserved or economically disadvantaged clients.
