Title: Learning & Network Manager
Reports To: CEO
Supervises: No direct reports to start. If interest and capacity to supervise are demonstrated, it is likely possible within a year.
Where: Metro St. Louis preferred, and all Missouri candidates will be considered.
Hours & Compensation: 25 hours/week with opportunity to grow to full-time in 12-18 months; $28-31/hour depending on hours and experience (benefits outlined in full job description)
Be Advised: PhilMO is growing to better serve its statewide footprint. This role is prioritized for growth through additional hours and/or hiring additional staff (the path to build capacity will be shaped by the Learning & Network Manager).
Brief Overview
Founded in 1970, Philanthropy Missouri (PhilMO) equips, connects, and energizes philanthropic leaders for thoughtful action and greater impact. We are a statewide association of funders and philanthropic partners who envision a thriving and equitable Missouri served by a collaborative, purpose-driven, and effective philanthropic sector.
Our Learning & Network Manager cultivates meaningful connections and active learning among PhilMO Members and partners. This position assures PhilMO programs and services (including Funder Networks) are well-coordinated and align with broader association strategies. PhilMO approaches Member learning collaboratively, with most team members contributing to ideation and supporting components of execution. Our Learning & Network Manager leads the way – assuring implementation, coordinating team contributions, and evaluation.
