Kingdom House needed to significantly increase its fundraising to continue to expand and enhance services, and to capitalize on time-sensitive opportunities to increase their reach – the organization was offering a full range of social services to families and people of all ages in and near the South City area and wanted to increase its footprint in the city.

Our team worked with the agency to conduct a feasibility study to determine the level of support possible and to identify the projects and programs of most interest to current and prospective donors. From the information gleaned through this study, our consultants and Kingdom House leadership partnered to create a comprehensive campaign plan with details and timelines that included communications messages regarding their financial needs.

Working closely with Kingdom House’s leadership, our consultants assisted Kingdom House in implementing the plan, creating talking points for engaging potential donors, coaching staff and volunteers on making the ask, and setting and tracking progress on their goals.
